In this three-hour workshop, you will learn step-by-step practices to deepen self-awareness, respond to your body’s needs through intentional self-contact, and integrate embodied awareness into your daily life.
Participants will explore how stress, anxiety, and overstimulation affect the body. Through guided exercises, you’ll learn to recognize bodily cues and apply simple techniques that support relaxation, clarity, and resilience.
During the practices, you’ll be supported by the gentle sounds of a live musical performance by your instructor, creating a calming and immersive atmosphere.
You’ll leave with practical tools, new insights, and ways to continue building body awareness beyond the classroom, all within an engaging and restorative experience.
